Meriel works in elite sports globally as well as national athletics events. She has been in private practice for 17 years serving the Sussex community. Meriel is a keen tennis player as well as enjoying various watersports.
Ben is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for helping people in pain. With 3 years of experience in Liverpool and Bermuda as well as premiership football, he has relocated back to his home county, Sussex and has earned a reputation as a trusted healthcare professional. Driven by a commitment to improving the lives of his patients, Ben focuses on providing personalised, patient-centered care for a wide range of musculoskeletal issues. Ben has an MChiro in Chiropractic from Bournemouth University and is also working, part time, towards a Masters in Sports Medicine at Queen Mary Hospital in London. He has further training in acupuncture as well as being an expert in spinal rehabilitation and enjoys treating people from all walks of life.

Ben’s treatments are not only geared toward alleviating pain but also promoting long-term well-being.
